Your details, plainly.

We do not sell or rent what you tell us, and we do not share it with advertisers. It is used to answer you, and to plan and quote work on your home if you ask for that.

• Forms (contact, home plan): your name, email, and if you choose to add them, your phone number, ZIP code, the upgrades you are interested in and your message.
• Email updates: your email address.

• Plenum is the customer system UniColorado uses. Your form goes there, so UniColorado's team can reply. Plenum processes it on UniColorado's behalf.
• Our own records keep a log of each form sent (which form, ZIP, interests, how you found us) so we can see that nothing was lost. Your name, email, phone and message are not kept in that log once your form has reached Plenum. If it could not be delivered, we keep them only until it is.
• Booking happens on UniColorado's scheduling page, hosted by Plenum. What you enter there goes to UniColorado.

When you start filling in a form, the page loads Google reCAPTCHA, which checks the visit looks human. Google receives information about your browser and device for this. The Google Privacy Policy (opens in a new tab) and Terms of Service (opens in a new tab) apply. Pages without a form do not load it. Our server uses your IP address for a few minutes to limit repeated submissions; it is not saved with your form.

A random ID for this browser, so a form you send later can be tied to your earlier visit. It contains no personal details.

Set only when you sign in with Plenum: keeps you signed in, and carries one sign-in attempt to Plenum and back. Neither can be read by the page.

Blocking these does not stop the site or the forms from working. Signing in needs the two sign-in cookies.
