- Customers of Holy Cross Energy.
- Upgrades: Heat pump, Heat pump water heater, Induction cooking, Electrical panel.
- Amounts double for households under 150% of area median income, after verification.
Effective January 1, 2026. The income-qualified bonus doubles amounts for households under 150% AMI after verification. Ducted heat pumps need HSPF2 9 or higher; outdoor unit at least 12 inches off the ground. Confirm your address is in Holy Cross territory.
How to apply
- Install first; residential projects need no preapproval.
- Apply with invoices dated within 90 days.
